CarPartsTrack (“we”, “us”) provides cloud inventory and sales software for car-parts businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• Account data: name, email, company, password (hashed).
• Business data you upload: parts, vehicles, customers, photos, prices. This is yours.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
• Usage data: basic logs for security and debugging (IP, user-agent, timestamps).

3. How we use it

Strictly to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your data, we do not advertise to you, and we do not share your business records with third parties except when required by law.

4. Where we store it

Data is stored on secure servers in the EU. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and daily backups.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing hello@carpartstrack.com.

We only use cookies essential to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
