Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on CarPartsTrack you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then drops to Free.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use CarPartsTrack to break the law, infringe on others' rights, or distribute malware. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Your data

You own everything you upload. We store it, back it up, and let you export it. We never claim ownership of your business data.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but provide the service “as is” without warranty. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email.
